Description: Meklena is a popular ATS certified instructor teaching in the Maryland area. She's known to be a constructive and focus instructor who ensures that her students are happy and satisfied with what they learn as part of the ATS curriculum. Meklena has performed and taught other forms of belly dance (Egyptian and Tribal Fusion). She also has a background in teaching other forms of dance such as Latin, Swing, etc. Since discovering American Tribal Style belly dance a few years ago, she has focus primarily on ATS as a performer and instructor. Her passion for the dance is obvious to all her students and her enthusiasm is something that she has passed along to her students. She uses her wealth of knowledge of all her past dance experiences to ensure that her students successfully learn ATS while having fun regardless of their level of experience.
